• Proven track record of winning at least three court motions with supporting court filings.

Responsabilidades

• Review and compare AI-generated legal motions, assessing persuasiveness, structure, clarity, tone, and overall quality.
• Rank different versions of legal motions and provide clear explanations of preferences and reasoning.
• Evaluate whether AI-generated motions meet professional standards and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Edit and refine legal motions to a ready-to-file standard, providing feedback on changes.
• Develop realistic motion-writing assignments based on federal civil litigation scenarios.
• Create evaluation criteria to assess the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated legal arguments.
• Apply practical litigation experience to identify what makes legal writing persuasive, well-structured, and effective in court.
