Job summary

LTS is seeking a remote full-time Solution Architect to support a major AI-powered modernization initiative within the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role involves designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions aimed at modernizing legacy healthcare systems while improving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, particularly in large-scale federal IT modernization, and must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or technology modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting large-scale federal IT modernization programs, preferably within healthcare or VA environments.
• Strong experience designing enterprise solutions across cloud, application, integration, and infrastructure domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise solution architectures supporting VA modernization initiatives.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for architectural soundness and translate findings into actionable solution designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery and alignment with federal cybersecurity standards.
