Figma is seeking an Account Executive, Federal to grow our Federal Systems Integrator footprint in the United States. You will own the sales motion from early engagement through close and expansion, building relationships with federal buyers, program teams, and partners to win large, complex opportunities.

This role is remote in the United States and offers a competitive compensation package with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, including SaaS into Federal Systems Integrators.
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting, funding priorities, and procurement timelines.
• Proven success closing complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute account strategies across strategic FSI accounts, building pipeline and revenue.
• Develop trusted relationships with FSI executives, program teams, and procurement.
• Identify federal programs where Figma can drive mission outcomes and growth.
• Navigate multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Coordinate with Alliances and cross‑functional teams to expand opportunities.
