Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Feasibility Associate to support country/site feasibility for regional trials. You will analyze feasibility data, coordinate with internal teams and investigators, and contribute to enrollment planning.

Ideal candidates hold a scientific degree with 2+ years in clinical research operations, and possess strong data mining and collaboration skills. Remote US work with travel as needed. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in clinical research and clinical operations.
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sector, CRO, or clinical site environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Country Feasibility and Site Feasibility for regional and country clinical trials.
• Support data mining of internal databases, review investigators for QA and develop prioritized site lists.
• Reconcile and interpret feasibility data; extrapolate country-level assessments.
• Coordinate feasibility data collection with internal/external customers.
• Review site lists for accuracy and update information as required; conduct outreach.
• Serve as primary feasibility contact and coordinate investigator engagement.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Site Management, Data Sciences, Medical Affairs, and partners.
• Contribute to study kickoff meetings, feasibility strategy discussions, and enrollment planning.
• Support process improvement and development of standardized feasibility resources.
