You will assist clients in planning family-friendly trips, including theme parks, resort stays, and customized travel experiences, researching destinations, preparing quotes and coordinating itineraries.

This role emphasizes excellent communication, organization, and reliable remote work setup, with opportunities to build experience in travel and hospitality while helping families

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficient with email, web browsing, and productivity suites (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Reliable internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
