Sheba Consulting is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician (MD or DO) to provide remote supervision and clinical collaboration for a concierge primary care practice. You will be the named physician owner of the new professional corporation, while Sheba MSO handles entity formation and administration.

The role focuses on telehealth with governance across NY and NJ, supervision of a PA, and ownership responsibilities.

Formación

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in New Jersey and New York, in good standing.
• Own malpractice coverage appropriate to supervision and ownership responsibilities.
• Willingness to supervise a PA and own the dedicated professional corporation.
• Evidence-based approach to family medicine and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation for one experienced PA serving NY/NJ under a supervision agreement.
• Participate in periodic chart review, clinical case discussion, and escalation process.
• Serve as the named physician owner of a new professional corporation dedicated to the practice.
• Work with healthcare counsel and Sheba on ownership responsibilities and agreements.
• Maintain licensure and malpractice coverage with reliable availability under an agreed coverage protocol.
