You will draft pleadings, manage deadlines with Clio, coordinate filings, and assist with mediation and trials under attorney supervision. The position offers full-time hours, fully remote work, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of family law paralegal experience.
• Experience with Washington State motion practice.
• Knowledge of King, Snohomish, and Pierce County court rules.
• Prior experience working in a billable-hour environment.
• Proficiency with Clio and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients with empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness
• Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
• Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring using Clio
• Draft pleadings, discovery, legal correspondence, and simple motions under attorney supervision
• Support attorneys with mediation preparation and trial readiness
• Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with Washington State court procedures
• Meet billing expectations while producing accurate, high-quality work
• Help create a calm, organized experience for clients navigating difficult transitions
