Qualifications

• Washington State Bar license with 2–5+ years of family law experience.
• Collaborative mindset focused on long-term peace and co-parenting stability.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through thoughtful, conflict-reducing solutions with a strong support team.
• Lead with negotiation to meet client goals and settlements.
• Pursue collaborative solutions to minimize adversarial court proceedings.
• Represent clients in court when necessary with respect and resolution.
• Mentor and lead the dedicated legal pod of paralegals and assistants.
• Review and finalize pleadings, motions, agreements, judgments, and orders.
• Provide monthly case updates to maintain peace of mind for clients.
