Qualifications

• Experience in facility coding and reimbursement across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a coding certification within two years.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, analyze, and implement coding and reimbursement changes.
• Prepare coding policies, guidelines, and billing procedures.
• Coordinate data collection for coding/billing changes and advise on related issues.
