Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of Facets claims processing (not configuration)
• Experience manually processing healthcare claims
• Experience with COB or ITS Home/Host claims
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manually review, evaluate, and process healthcare claims within the Facets platform.
• Research and resolve complex claim scenarios requiring interpretation of benefits and rules.
• Process COB and ITS Home/Host claims and validate payer responsibility.
• Identify discrepancies and document processing decisions accurately.
• Apply policies and client requirements while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with team and client stakeholders.
• Support timely and accurate claim resolution with the team.
