Job summary

The role collaborates with leadership, tracks metrics, stays current with trends, and communicates in the appropriate voice for executive leadership across Michigan audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, broadcasting, telecommunications, advertising, communication arts, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• Four years of professional experience in the communications field, including two years at a Communications Representative P11 or one year at Communications Representative 12.

Responsibilities

• Manage external communications and serve as Public Information Officer for LEO-ET.
• Write and edit press releases, publications, and speaking points.
• Develop and execute communications strategies covering public relations, media relations, and partner communications.
