Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• Experience eliciting requirements from K-12 agencies in high-stakes environments.
• Experience managing large-scale educational assessment projects, products, and services.
• Proficient knowledge of software lifecycle and development process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for senior management contexts.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear written content.
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking and collaboration in virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for the organization's products and tools.
• Lead project management, applications and software development teams to deliver on time.
• Guide staff on requirements gathering to ensure leadership in educational assessment.
• Make recommendations on issues with organization-wide impact and translate to action.
• Oversee systems and processes for transparent project management and release pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to identify opportunities for innovation.
