Job summary

The Donovan's Venom 501c3 in Lilburn, Georgia, is seeking a Director of Interactive Media to lead the development of their flagship game, the Donovan’s Piano Room. You will manage the entire game development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality interactive experiences that align with the organization's mission.

This volunteer executive role requires strong leadership in both creative and technical domains, with a commitment of 10–15 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in game development and project management.

Qualifications

• Experience with full‑cycle game development.
• Strong understanding of game design principles, development workflows, and production pipelines.
• Experience leading game teams or studios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Interactive Media Studio as a full production unit.
• Own development of the Donovan’s Piano Room (flagship game).
• Build and manage full game development lifecycle.
• Track development milestones, user engagement, feedback, and retention.
