Qualifications

  • One year internal hire: as a Senior Admissions Representative required.
  • Two years of external hire in customer service, telemarketing, or sales required.
  • Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with prospects/students via phone and in person.
  • Encourage prospects to schedule interviews for the programs.
  • Make outbound calls to interested students and follow up on inquiries.
  • Schedule and conduct student interviews while ensuring compliance.
  • Complete daily activity reports and ensure pre-start paperwork accuracy.
