Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an Excel Specialist on a contract basis to design and simulate complex business scenarios leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Remote work is available, with expectations to deliver high-quality, data-driven documents and analyses for real-world business challenges.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, high-impact deliverables, and collaboration with AI tools and LLM prompts for AI training and evaluation.

Qualifications

Fortune 500 experience on high-impact projects.
Expertise in complex models, reports, and presentations.
Background in PE/IB/consulting with deal or project work.
Proficiency in designing use cases across functions such as finance, operations, sales, or HR.
Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Experience interacting with LLMs is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Design and simulate challenging, realistic business scenarios using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Engage in structured, multi-turn conversations with an LLM and evaluate AI-generated deliverables.
Create and review Office documents (.xlsx, .docx, .pptx), assessing two AI-generated solutions against standards and selecting the preferred output.
Document feedback and provide side-by-side preference data to inform AI model improvements.
Contribute domain-specific insight across multiple industries and business functions.
Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats to ensure precise understanding and actionable feedback for AI teams.
