You will review complex Excel files, design templates, and share best-practice examples to help improve operational workflows and AI learning. Strong communication and documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Excel skills with advanced functions and formulas.
• Experience applying Excel to operations, strategy or consulting (non-finance).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for non-finance use cases.
• Ability to document processes and create instructional materials.
• Remote contractor with self-motivation and independence.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and improve complex Excel files used for business operations, strategy, and data analysis.
• Provide detailed feedback and best-practice examples for operational and consulting Excel use cases, excluding finance.
• Design, document, and share Excel templates or solutions that capture expert knowledge for AI learning.
• Work with the project team to identify workflows and operational challenges represented in Excel documents.
• Evaluate and simulate real-world business problems using advanced Excel features and formulas.
• Create data analysis case studies and operational scenarios using Excel expertise.
• Communicate clearly in writing and conversation, with precise, comprehensive documentation.
