Job summary

OpportuLand is seeking a Technical Test Lead to drive test strategy for a European university-wide platform. You will define test levels, lead cross-team testing efforts, and mentor teams in technical testing and automation.

Work remotely within the EU with frequent travel to client sites across Europe. Fluent English and German (A2) are advantageous; you will collaborate with architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure testability from the outset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical test management experience.
• Hands-on testing experience in complex systems.
• Proficient in English and German (A2 or higher).
• Willingness for frequent travel to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Define test levels and oversee their implementation.
• Plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple systems and teams.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers and business stakeholders to build testability in from the start (shift-left).
• Guide and mentor teams on technical testing and test automation.
• Develop the approach to test data and test environments.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors.
