Building a full customer-facing suite where teams handle support, feedback prioritisation, and product updates all in one place. We are a remote EU team with high autonomy, building end-to-end features using Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and Redis; you will own core product features and contribute

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB and Redis.
• Self-directed and capable of shipping without heavy process.
• Strong product instincts and user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and ship core product features end-to-end with direct user impact.
• Build across Next.js + TypeScript frontend and Node.js backend.
• Design and maintain MongoDB schemas and Redis caching layers.
• Collaborate with the founding team on product direction.
