Job summary

Georgia Probate Law Group is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. The attorney in this position will handle estate and trust litigation cases, as well as estate administration matters, and must have strong litigation experience to be successful.

We value flexibility with an annual billable hours requirement of 1,850 hours, and attorneys may work from home or from the office as much as they like.

Qualifications

• Attorney licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• 5 or more years in practice; 10+ years is preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience in civil litigation, including setting strategy and handling cases start to finish; 10+ years is preferred.
• Goal-oriented personality with a will to win and a focus on achieving results for clients.
• Excellent writing skills.
