Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney for a remote contract engagement to support estate-planning and probate matters in Florida.

Licensed in good standing with The Florida Bar, you will independently manage sophisticated files, draft planning documents, and explain complex strategies to high-net-worth clients while traveling periodically to Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties as needed.

Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• At least three years of estate-planning experience.
• Ability to travel periodically within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related documents.
• Prepare advanced planning documents including trusts and wealth-transfer structures.
• Advise clients on estate-planning, probate, asset protection, and business-succession matters.
• Analyze existing estate plans, identify issues, and suggest updates.
• Coordinate with advisors and staff to manage complex matters.
