Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the support resource for D365 Finance modules including General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
