PROENERGY is seeking an ERP Support Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance in Chicago, Illinois. The role requires support for financial modules and involves troubleshooting and configuration efforts to ensure system stability. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of ERP experience and a strong understanding of finance processes.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the support resource for D365 Finance modules including General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
