Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking an experienced ERP Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday, SAP Ariba, and internal systems in a 100% remote role.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs, and will contribute to enterprise ERP modernization across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Ariba integrations. 15-month engagement with extension possibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday and SAP Ariba integration experience.
• Experience with both Workday and SAP Ariba required.
• Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, and data formats (XML, JSON).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday, SAP Ariba, and external systems.
• Develop custom apps using Workday Extend and related tooling.
• Support integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SAP Ariba.
• Develop and optimize master and transactional data integrations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Provide on‑call support for integration issues.
