Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of directly relevant experience.
• Strong technical proficiency with databases and data management.
• Experience in ERP or electronic research administration systems in higher ed.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enhancements for ORSP CLM and eRA systems.
• Analyze business needs and document requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Test and coordinate fixes with ITS and SMEs, ensuring alignment with ORSP needs.
• Transform existing processes into integrated system workflows.
• Manage user access and act as liaison with ITS help desk.
