Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters and follow a structured, rules-based risk management approach. This role offers professional training and a profit-split structure with no base salary, and fully remote work.

Maverick Trading is hiring a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants in Gulfport, FL. We are a 25+ year proprietary trading firm that allocates firm capital to disciplined traders and scales buying power based on performance and risk management.

Trading from the Southeast: Trade US market hours from your local time zone — the NYSE opens at 9:30am local. The Southeast — from Atlanta to Miami to Charlotte — has become a serious financial corridor over the last decade, with major bank operations, sovereign-wealth offices, and a growing community of independent traders.

This is not a challenge account. Not a demo evaluation. We provide structured capital allocation for traders who want a professional path to scaling capital.

What you will do:

• Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters
• Follow a structured, rules-based risk management approach
• Build consistency and scale capital based on performance

Why options: Options allow traders to define risk, hedge exposures, and structure trades beyond simple directional stock positions. Maverick is one of the few proprietary trading firms that actively trades options as a core part of its trading approach.
