Job summary

Maverick Trading is seeking a fully remote Equity & Options Trader licensed to apply from Connersville, IN or elsewhere in the United States. This 1099 independent contractor role offers profit splits and the opportunity to trade Maverick's capital with no base salary.

You will trade equities and options within defined risk parameters, follow a rules-based risk framework, and work to build consistency that scales capital based on performance. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options), not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
