This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a profit-split of 65%–90% based on performance tiers; there is no base salary. We offer professional training, mentorship, and monthly payouts to a remote trader network.

Qualifications

• Trading experience in equities and/or options is preferred but not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
