Job summary
UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Epic Cogito Administrator to support Epic Clarity & Caboodle ETL and data warehouse operations in a remote role. You will configure, monitor, and optimize the reporting databases, manage nightly ETL processes, and collaborate with BI teams to deliver accurate data for client reporting and analytics.
The ideal candidate will hold EPIC Clarity & Caboodle Administration certification and have 4+ years of experience with Epic ETL workflows, Caboodle data warehousing,
Qualifications
- EPIC Clarity & Caboodle Administration certification is required.
- 4+ years of Epic ETL, Caboodle data warehousing, SQL, and SSIS experience.
- Experience implementing clarity and Caboodle ETL load strategies.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Epic reporting databases according to environment strategies.
- Monitor and optimize ETL processes and database performance.
- Manage security, access, and disaster recovery planning for Epic databases.
- Coordinate with BI developers to provide accurate report data.
- Support nightly ETL jobs and data warehouse maintenance.
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and validation of updates to Epic environments.
- Respond to urgent after-hours issues and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Epic, UNIX, Windows, Networks).
- Ensure adherence to Epic best practices for hardware and software configuration.
- Document processes and maintain audit trails for compliance.
