Qualifications

• PA bar admission in good standing required; CA bar preferred.
• Associate, Counsel, or Partner level encouraged to apply.
• Environmental remediation and related construction law experience is desirable but not required.
• Excellent legal research, writing, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to understand complex technical materials.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and represent clients on complex remediation projects and compliance matters.
• Research environmental rules and coordinate with local counsel.
• Advise on Brownfields, remediated sites, and PFAS concerns.
• Handle environmental disputes, including arbitrations and litigation.
• Manage litigation strategy, investigations, discovery, and settlements.
