Job summary

Confluence Compliance Companies, LLC seeks an experienced Environmental Field Safety Coordinator to join our Front Range team, supporting remediation and water quality projects across the Rocky Mountains. This is primarily an office-based position focused on coordinating and supporting field activities remotely, with potential travel to project sites for periodic safety audits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in environmental field services or safety.
• Familiarity with health & safety programs and field safety protocols.
• Experience with or knowledge of 811/utility locate processes.
• Comfort coordinating remotely with landowners, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Strong verbal communication and multi-site logistics skills.
• Attention to detail and scheduling/documentation.
• Valid driver''s license and safe driving record.
• Home office with reliable internet for remote/office work.

Responsibilities

• Understand Health & Safety program requirements and support execution by field staff.
• Coordinate utility locate (811) requests and manage responses prior to field work.
• Coordinate client and landowner access to project sites.
• Review scopes of work for safety compliance.
• Support safety oversight of ground disturbance with field staff.
• Maintain project tracking databases and spatial data.
• Escalate safety concerns or deviations to management in real time.
