Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking an entry‑level Regulatory Analyst to join the Scientific Insourcing Services department. You will learn global chemical regulations and support data entry for hazard communication, working in a non‑laboratory, remote position.

Responsibilities include vendor data handling, SDS searches, and ensuring quality information across regulatory records. A biology/chemistry background and MS Office proficiency are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new computer software.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input information from vendor safety data sheets into a hazard communication database.
• Review global chemical regulations and determine their application for various products.
• Search for SDS sheets of raw materials.
• Fill in missing or incorrect information in the SDS sheets.
• Contact vendors as needed.
