The Fortitude Team is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals interested in building a career in financial services.

As an Entry-Level Financial Advisor, you’ll receive training and mentorship while learning how to work with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, provide financial education, and help them evaluate strategies for protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and long-term financial security.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and priorities.
• Educate clients on financial concepts after training and licensing.
• Help clients identify areas for financial planning or protection.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide ongoing client follow-up and service.
• Participate in structured training and mentorship.
• Develop new relationships through referrals and networking.
