Jobot is seeking an Entry-Level Attorney / Associate Attorney for a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing labor and employment law firm. You must be licensed in California and reside in the state.

The role offers an hourly rate of $40-$45, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401k plan, and a path to permanent hire after three months. This 100% remote role requires a CA Bar and JD; start date will be determined.

Qualifications

• CA Bar license required.
• CA residence required.
• Willingness to contract for 3 months before conversion to permanent.
• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Interest in employment law and/or workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Support senior attorneys on employment law and workers' compensation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft memos.
• Assist with case management and filings in a remote setup.
