Job summary

ComplianceQuest seeks a Principal UX Designer to develop and execute user experience strategy for our enterprise compliance and quality products, translating user needs into scalable designs within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will lead research, design data-heavy interfaces, mentor designers, maintain the Design System, and collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to deliver accessible, responsive solutions that align with SLDS best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design or related field is required.
10+ years in UX/UI design with enterprise-scale experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and SLDS2.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the user experience strategy aligned with business goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights for complex interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma; ensure SLDS-aligned visuals.
Collaborate with product, development, QA, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive solutions.
Establish design governance, maintain the design system, and ensure accessibility and responsiveness.
