Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Enterprise Technical Project Manager in the United States to lead complex, technology-driven initiatives that transform business operations. You will coordinate architectures, engineers, and external vendors to ensure secure, scalable outcomes and compliant delivery.

The role requires 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise IT project management, expertise in PM methods (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–8+ years managing technology-driven or enterprise IT projects.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies in technical settings.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and vendor engagements.
• Familiarity with enterprise delivery, SDLC, and integration considerations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow PPM including Project Workspace.
• Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project, MS Planner, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps.
• PM certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned enterprise technical projects from initiation through execution, closeout, and transition.
• Define objectives, scope, success criteria, and business cases with sponsors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Facilitate governance: status reporting, risk/issue management, change control.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and production release.
• Lead project transition into production and handoff to Product Management.
• Use approved AI tools to improve planning and delivery with human oversight.
