Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency seeking a Content Strategist/Account Strategist to manage day-to-day client deliverables, develop customized strategies, and liaise with clients and internal teams. You’ll handle enterprise clients, align strategies with NSMs, and ensure top-quality content campaigns across paid, content, and SEO initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in SEO and content strategy
• Analytical ability to analyse website traffic and SEO metrics
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, GA, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Agency experience and B2B tech/SaaS background
• Willingness to stay ahead of industry trends including AI

Responsibilities

• Strategize custom client strategies and best practices.
• Work with Associate Director when roadblocks arise.
• Craft creative briefs and content campaigns using insights.
• Set and approve goals using available data sources (GA, CRM, SEMRush, Ahrefs).
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely task delivery and alignment with client goals.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal leadership to drive results.
• Report progress on NSMs, timelines, and deliverables on a regular cadence.
