Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Risk Analyst / Risk Manager to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, compliance, and enterprise risks across the organization. This remote, full-time role follows U.S. client business hours.

You will develop risk frameworks, analyze threats, strengthen internal controls, and deliver actionable insights supporting strategic decisions. Collaboration with Finance, IT, Legal, and executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Governance.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and risk reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform enterprise-wide risk assessments across financial, operational, compliance, market, and cyber risk.
• Develop and maintain risk models and analytics using SQL, Excel, Python, R, SAS.
• Support compliance with SOX, Basel III, Dodd-Frank, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
• Create executive dashboards and reports for leadership and audits.
