Cognizant is seeking an experienced M365 Domain Migration Architect to lead enterprise-scale Active Directory and Microsoft 365 migration initiatives. You will design migration strategies, hybrid identity integrations, and workplace technology modernization programs.

Responsibilities include AD forest/domain migrations, GPO/OU/TLS reviews, PowerShell automation, and M365 transitions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Remote role with US-based flexibility.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Microsoft infrastructure and enterprise migration engagements.
• Proven expertise in Active Directory architecture, administration, and domain migrations.
• Strong knowledge of AD DS, DNS, Sites and Services, trusts, Group Policy, and OU design.
• Experience with Hybrid Identity, Entra ID, Azure IAM, and SSO implementations.
• Hands-on with Quest Migration Manager and Quest ODM.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute Active Directory forest and domain migration strategies for large enterprise environments.
• Assess, rationalize, and migrate GPOs, OUs, trusts, DNS, and AD services.
• Develop migration and coexistence architectures, including cutover, rollback, remediation, and pilot deployment plans.
• Manage identity migration activities involving SID History, Kerberos, NTLM, SPNs, service accounts, and authentication services.
• Integrate and support Hybrid Identity solutions using AD and Entra ID.
• Utilize Quest Migration Manager and Quest ODM for AD migrations.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts to streamline migration activities.
• Perform application and server dependency assessments and create migration wave plans.
• Lead workplace technology migrations including device migration between domains, SCCM/Intune deployment, Autopilot configuration, imaging, packaging, patching, and distribution tools.
• Drive M365 migration initiatives involving Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, telephony platforms, and video collaboration solutions.
• Implement and support IAM solutions, including SSO integrations and Azure-based identity services.
• Ensure security and compliance using Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, DLP, and Purview policies.
