Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer support, customer success, implementation or related client-facing roles.
• Strong project management including timelines, dependencies, risk management, stakeholder communication, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer implementations from onboarding through adoption.
• Coordinate with account managers, technical specialists, support teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate trainings, webinars, and implementation sessions for confident users.
• Track milestones, usage, risks, issues, and follow-ups in CRM and systems.
• Identify expansion opportunities and renewals when appropriate.
