Job summary

Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency; we seek a Content Strategist to manage day-to-day client deliverables and create custom strategies for Enterprise accounts. This client-facing role requires deep service-line knowledge and cross-functional impact.

You will work with Associate Directors, craft briefs, and use data from GA/CRM/SEMrush/Ahrefs to set goals, manage projects in Asana, and communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record implementing SEO and content strategy.
• Ability to analyse website traffic and SEO metrics using tools.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Must have agency experience.
• Must have B2B tech or SaaS experience.
• Willingness to learn AI and automation trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom strategies and apply best practices to meet NSMs.
• Set client goals based on data sources like GA, CRM, SEMRush, Ahrefs.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables; ensure timely execution using Asana.
• Serve as the main interface with clients and internal teams.
• Provide regular progress reporting: bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly.
