Humana Inc. seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Principal to design, implement, and optimize clinical programs across healthcare delivery systems.

This role guides senior leaders with strategic advice and expertise, influencing multiple areas across the enterprise. The ideal candidate provides advanced technical leadership, champions data-driven decisions, and collaborates with executives to migrate programs from concept to enterprise-wide execution.

Qualifikationen

PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Active pharmacist license in good standing.
Experience leading enterprise or cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Experience designing, implementing, or evaluating programs.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
Ability to manage ambiguity and lead complex initiatives from concept through execution.
