Responsibilities

• Develop clear documentation of workflows, processes, and collaborative efforts to support operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies within and between teams, and propose actionable solutions.
• Leverage technology to recommend strategies for improving processes and fostering collaboration.
• Gain exposure to diverse teams and operations to grow within the organization.
• Participate in meetings to observe, understand, and learn team functions, aligning goals across business sectors.
