CAI is seeking an Enterprise Business Team Intern to gain hands-on experience across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives teams, helping drive collaboration and operational excellence. This is a full-time internship and remote, operating on EST hours from June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027.

You'll assist in facilitating teamwork, document workflows, identify bottlenecks, leverage technology for process improvements, and participate in meetings to learn

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Technology, or related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning, adapting, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in facilitating teamwork across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and collaborative efforts to support operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks, misalignments, or areas of inefficiency within and between teams, and propose actionable solutions.
• Leverage technology and fresh perspectives to recommend strategies for improving processes and fostering collaboration.
• Gain exposure to diverse teams and operations to discover specific strengths and interests, contributing to both personal growth and organizational success.
• Participate in meetings to observe, understand, and learn team functions, fostering collaboration across various sectors of the business to ensure alignment and shared goals.
