Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to join our fully remote analytics community. The role supports executive leadership and VPs across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy, guiding analytics direction and governance initiatives.

You will develop analytic models and dashboards, ensure data quality, and lead cross-functional projects spanning ambulatory, acute, and post-acute settings while aligning with top-line strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred).
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred).
• ~Looking for someone who can guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, influence decisions, and present recommendations to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives across the enterprise.
• Develop and administer enterprise-level data governance functions.
• Advise on analytics models, dashboards and strategic reporting, collaborating with finance, strategy and operations.
