Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Enterprise Marketing & Content Experts to evaluate and optimize AI-powered workflows across enterprise marketing, content, and MarTech platforms. You will test AI agents, identify workflow issues, and provide practical feedback to improve AI performance in real-world marketing environments.

Remote role for professionals with hands-on experience in marketing operations, MarTech, and AI-enabled marketing workflows.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing operations, MarTech, content operations, or creative operations.
Hands-on experience with Adobe enterprise platforms and analytics tools.
Professional experience using generative AI or AI agents.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with enterprise workflow integrations and automation.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-powered marketing, content, campaign, and analytics workflows.
Test integrations across platforms such as Adobe Workfront, AEM, Analytics, and GA.
Identify workflow errors, inefficiencies, and integration issues.
Assess AI-generated content and campaign workflows for accuracy and usability.
Document findings and recommend workflow improvements.
Collaborate with experts to develop best practices for AI-driven marketing operations.
