Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for explaining benefit options clearly.
• Comfortable and confident on camera during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Take requested conversations from warm leads (no cold calls).
• Explain benefit options simply and accurately.
• Assist clients in enrolling when it is a good fit.
• Maintain a reliable follow-up rhythm and documentation.
