Job Responsibilities

• Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Call and receive calls from clients
• Schedule appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
• Complete applications for insurance products
• Attend ongoing, optional training sessions to improve throughout your career
• Sell and upsell insurance to new and existing clients
• Complete tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for their coverage
