The role starts as an Over-the-Phone Interpreter with a clear growth path to a Video Remote Interpreter; includes training, full-time schedules (US EST), and a quiet private workspace.

Qualifications

• Native Cantonese and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation over phone and video between English and Cantonese in medical, social services, customer service and financial settings.
• Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure understanding and quality care.
