Qualifications

• 7+ years in software or data engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL, plus JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on cloud experience, preferably GCP, and CI/CD.
• Experience with regulated data and HIPAA considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and hire software or systems engineers with clear growth plans.
• Partner with clinical, product, and security teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee complex tech initiatives, manage budgets, and track milestones.
• Guide architectural decisions and maintain system reliability.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure data handling practices.
