This player-coach role blends hands-on software engineering with people leadership, owning delivery across data architecture, data engineering, data science, and QA while aligning with regulators and audit requirements. You will mentor engineers, manage sprint cadence, review designs, and ensure high-quality, secure

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or data engineering experience, including 2+ years managing engineers.
• Hands-on as a manager with production contributions.
• Experience delivering data-intensive/ML-backed products end-to-end.
• Cloud data platforms experience; Databricks and Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and technical execution across phase plans and gates.
• Lead and review code, architecture decisions, and design docs.
• Maintain engineering quality, testing, and CI/CD discipline.
