Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Residential Contractor Network Manager to develop and sustain a skilled contractor network supporting the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. You will engage contractors directly, provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to drive network performance and compliance.

The role involves collaboration with Ameren Illinois program teams, field operations, and marketing, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, enrollment, and data integrity across Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of energy efficiency or contractor programs; or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting contractor service delivery and program implementation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Experience improving processes, managing documentation, and maintaining organized program records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and day-to-day management of the Residential Program Ally contractor network across Ameren Illinois service territory.
• Direct contractor recruitment, onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing engagement with a focus on insulation participation.
• Assess network gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans with stakeholders.
• Manage enrollment documentation, certification, orientation, participation agreements, and data in Aleet (Salesforce).
• Provide contractor support, guidance, incentives updates, and issue resolution for field teams.
• Partner with marketing to develop outreach campaigns to attract contractors.
• Identify and promote training opportunities to strengthen contractor capability and compliance.
• Oversee contractor data management and reporting to inform program strategy.
